“In my whole life, I have known no wise people (over a broad subject matter area) who didn’t read all the time – none, zero.” – Charlie Munger
I have talked consistently about educating oneself by emulating what great investors have done to be successful.
Success leaves clues. You just need to be wise enough and committed enough to discover and apply these lessons.
There is a Twitter account called “Compounding Quality”. I find it to be an excellent resource for quotes and reading suggestions from great investors.
This person also has a free Substack and on one of the pages they have listed the writings of some of the greatest investors of all time. I am talking about hundreds of pages of investing wisdom.
My favorite are the class notes from Joel Greenblatt’s class he taught at Columbia University. Did I mention this is all free information?
As Munger says go to bed a bit wiser than when you woke up. This knowledge will compound over time.
