This week I review Michael Moore’s new movie, ‘Planet of the Humans”. The movie is a scathing review of the green energy and renewable business. It takes the idea that we can move to 100% renewable energy and destroys it.
More importantly it highlights how the environmental and green movements have been infiltrated and subverted by money, bankers, and billionaires. It confirms what many of us already knew.
However, the conclusion that is reached is that the real problem is too many humans using too many resources. I also discuss the view that the V shaped economic recovery is a mirage and that we will be struggling to get the economy back to “normal” longer than many think.
Does this mean another downdraft in stock prices? Gold stock prices have broken out to a new high. This bull market in gold has a long way to go in my view.
Tankers still underappreciated and undervalued.
